NYS inspection and oil change. Arrived early and team had me in and out within minutes. Disappointed they couldn’t diagnose and fix a common known “Shift to Park” GM problem I am having. Seemed unaware of this issue even though there is a GM issued service bulletin and several models and years have this defect. A simple web query returns reams of info and possibly recall info for this issue. Very disappointing.
