We just leased a new Chevrolet Trail Blazer from Parker Chevrolet, and it was a fabulous experience. We worked with Jeff Knickerbocker as our sales person. Alright back to a 1 star.. LOL what a rollercoaster of an experience with this sad establishment. Long story short: - needed new tires, took 2 full days for tires to be replaced when they said it would take an hour. - brought the car home, the same tire they replaced went flat again. - brought the car back for them to fix it. They “plugged” the tire (doesn’t make sense considering I paid for them to be replaced) and said I needed my brakes done. - was told on Friday that my car would be ready to be picked up within a day. - ... read more
