Service advisors were friendly, and explained everything. Top notch. I would strongly suggest that the multi point inspection sheet include more relevant information. Tire pressure, fluids topped off, brake pad, rotor life etc as is used by almost every other GM dealer I’ve done business with over many years. I walked out knowing literally none of that information.
We are very satisfied with our service at Garber Buick GMC. We are extremely happy with our Buick choice. Jacob Bobo our sales person was personable, knowledgeable, and provided us with all our choices. He was aware of our budget and didn’t pressure us to exceed those goals. I would recommend Garber as well as Jacob wholeheartedly!!
