Dishonest, fraudulent activity towards myself and insurance company. Stay away. Fast forward, my headlights went out. ( originally when I first picked up truck from dealership), so this happened again today. I pulled over to check lights and fuses. Upon opening the box and researching my fuses, I found the modules for lights had been removed, and they had jumped circuit to another location and installed (3) 15amp fuses. Brought my truck in for a diagnostic test. Told them that the code that is displaying was already fixed with a GM part. After dropping it off at 7:30am, I get a call at 2pm saying they figured out the problem and stated exactly what I told them. I asked if the technician drove the car to which the service rep said no but he's about to, as im pulling in the parking lot. Jera was absolutely amazing as my salesperson—no pressure, no upselling, and very accommodating to my schedule. The financing office is usually the worst part of buying a car, but Jason was great and had me in and out with the paperwork in no time. This isn’t my first Garber purchase, and it definitely won’t be my last.
VETERAN COMMUNITY — PLEASE BE AWARE. Extremely dishonest and frustrating experience. The salesperson was arrogant from the start and repeatedly bragged about being the “top saleswoman,” showing zero regard for my situation or the fact that this deal was done in December. We agreed on a price for the vehicle, and only after that agreement was made, the dealership removed my loyalty credits and falsely presented them as dealer savings.
