Look, Nobody wants to pay for Insurance. Nobody. I don't care how much they push Flo and her friends. Jake, Limu Emu and Doug (and the guy with the deep voice), the Geco, the guy who wants to keep you from becoming your dad, the duck, the general, and the Farmers Chorus, Brad Paisley & Payton Manning...nobody wants to pay for insurance. Completely disgusted by the agency's treatment. I have been a humble client for 20 years and yet was treated with contempt and disrespect. These people do not appreciate return business. And therefore I have moved on to another agency that is greatful for the patronage. They(GAF) are still calling and trying to push their business. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this group. Their emplyoees were nasty and arrogant to a returning customer..... I still do not get it!!!
Extremely dissatisfied when the sales person, Ronnie told me that they’re just too busy to take care of me the correct way, and that is getting back to me as discussed for my insurance needs. I’ve never had anyone thank me for not using them due to the fact that they have no time because they’re too busy.
