Dan is a straight forward guy, looking to do the job and do it right. He was the most reasonably priced option (we had 5 quotes). He even took out a chimney for me. His guys were on-site from dawn until dusk getting everything cleaned up and looking great. They left no mess, can’t even tell they were here. The roof looks amazing and will help out with our insurance costs. Look at the before and after of our home. Dan and his team did great work and addressed all of my concerns!
About 2 years ago we had Dan put a roof on while we were oversees. He sent us pictures throughout the process. We have since sold that house and just had him do the roof on our new house. 2000 square foot ranch, in and out in 1 day with a huge crew. The ground was spotless. Will always recommend. My pet peeve with contractors is lack of communication and not showing up when promised. Not the case with Dan. Promises made, promises kept.
Very good communication as to what was to be done, when it would be done, etc. They then did an excellent job on our roof with quality shingles. Highly recommend.
I wish I had a before picture to show what we had done. 100% would reccomend Dan, and Garbarino Construction LLC. Best price, honest, great communication, work performed, and follow up. I had my roof, siding accents, front door install. Save yourself a ton of time, just call this this place and you won't be disappointed at all. Thanks Dan, you earned my review.
