Go there regularly. Sometimes the staff can be overwhelmed especially when a lot of people in line order wraps and gyros but otherwise they are great. Not sure why someone said the portions were small, I've never had an issue. Worth at least checking out if you've never been. Only Con is their rewards program is pretty weak. You have to spend $1000 for their 2nd tier which doesnt' even give you much.
The service was mediocre, but that's not the worst part. The food was terrible and the portions were extremely small. I ordered a gyro and a side of falafel. Combined with a soft drink, my total came to almost $12. Instead of a generous helping of meat, they have pre-sliced rectangles that are approximately the thickness of the sausage on a McDonald's biscuit. Great fresh food, really reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere. Very impressed, definitely going back soon.
Good is really good but when I orderd the grape leaves I asked of they could warm them up for me and the manager said no. I thought it was really weird that he couldn't warm up my darn grape leaves. But other than that they were really nice.
Delicious food; great value; pay by phone. Score.
