Constantly being rude to my 80 year old mother. Blaming her for people throwing bags of garbage in her recycling bin. Its just one knob who didn't like I called on him because he wouldn't pick up a bag on top of the garbage, which is allowed dummy!
Neighbors put their trash at my address and the city want to charge me for it 569$$ really ? Even though I complain to them it’s the neighbors doing it this time it’s a heavy car part I couldn’t even move now they want me to pay them 569 to move it not fair .
