It was a really great experience, Byeong was an amazing sales representative and walked us through every step and option.
Bought my car a few years ago, brought it in for repair, everything was covered with my warrenty, Joanna at the service desk was amazing and kept in touch with me every step of the way! They gave me a sweet loaner car while my car was being repaired! Highly recommend this branch and Joanna!
Brought in my Outback in December for the recommended 30,000 maintenance interval. They were supposed to replace the brake fluid, among other things. Took it to a local mechanic for oil change and 5,000 mile maintenance. Brake fluid was brown and clearly hadn't been changed. Don't know what other services they claimed they performed and charged premium rates for, but never competed. Needless to say, I won't be back.
