Great service, very helpful. Got a solid deal on a good car. Joel was great over the two days we worked with him to buy our car.
The sales team at Garavel communicated transparently and was responsive to my questions. When it came time to pay for and take the car home, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient.
We had a great experience, all the staff involved in the purchase of our vehicle were very friendly and professional, gave us exactly what we asked for, would recommend to all our family and friends, ask for Byeong, great salesman, he and his sales manager Teddy are a great team.
Rafael was great. He worked up some numbers for me before I even went to the dealership. He was easy to work with and cared about my concerns and questions. The others I worked with were very nice and helpful also. No high pressure sales tactics. Lastly I feel I got a very fair deal on my new car. I would definitely recommend Garavel in Norwalk.
