I had a great experience at Subaru Norwalk. The staff was professional, friendly, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. The dealership was clean and organized, and the customer service really stood out. I truly appreciated how honest and helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend Subaru Norwalk to anyone looking for a reliable car and a positive dealership experience.
We went in to purchase parts on December 13th at 10:27 am and the gentleman working parts was so nice and helpful very very sweet quick with everything first time here and it was a great experience… to that worker continue being amazing
Big shout out to Eduardo in the Parts Department. He was very patient and helpful in fixing my broken key fob. Very Knowledgeable and resourceful and kind throughout the process
