Worst property management company. They charge for the things they never did, couldn't get a tenant in 4 plus months. I paid over 2000 dollars for the "services". DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I have lived at a property managed by this company for three years now. Totally unresponsive, everytime you need to make a work order for repairs they either 1) take forever to respond 2) only come to fix when the said problem has gotten so bad it’s emergency 3) I’ve had repairs done where the workers tracked dirt all over my apartment, left exposed exacto knife blades on the ground, and left grime and filth all over the walls. Absolutely terrible.
Terrible service. Non responsive Disgusted as I've live in the same property for 9 years. And they've yet to upgrade it while raising rent is always on time.
