My year with him was not that great but it wasn't his fault. He had a lot on his plate with administrative duties. What I am sure about is that he communicated to the administration that he had an afterwork responsability that only he could take care of "appropriately"...Given that this is the field of mental health, I feel that the administration understood the importance of Dr. Garakani being fully present to take care of this responsability.
