Interaction with GarageWorks was very professional. Suspension problem was addressed and corrected without incident and, ready for pickup within in the time frame promised. Extremely satisfied as a first time customer.

Matt is very knowledgeable and experienced technician and business owner whos customer service is second to none! Got my vehicle in for far less then the dealer and no other private shop could do what I needed. All my experiences at dealers and other shops that arent GarageWorks are nightmares that filled me with dread and pain. GarageWorks has completely changed my expectations from a mechanic. I will be using them exclusively for as long as I'm within 100 miles of their location. I received daily communication from them regarding my Jeep, if they had a question, they texted or called right away. No other shop I have been to in Colorado has been as open and honest with what they are doing with my vehicle and why. GarageWorks clearly knows what they're talking about when it comes to Jeep Wranglers. I had called 3 other shops before landing with them and I immediately knew I was in good hands when I described the problem and they were able to explain to me the few things that they prescribed as possible fixes. I was able to get in quickly, which I needed, and they were able to repair same day (for a stuck door) I'm sure bigger projects may take longer.
