Total lack of accountability and zero pride in property maintenance. As an owner, it’s been nothing but disappointment. The community looks neglected—landscaping is overgrown, lighting issues are ignored, and basic upkeep is nonexistent. They keep removing my Google reviews — so here it is again. Avoid Garages of Texas Katy at all costs. The concept is great, but the execution is a disaster. Garages of Texas cut corners during construction, and post-sale support is nonexistent. The garage doors are dangerously installed, with several literally falling off the walls.
