I strongly advise against considering this place. My experience involved severe racial problems orchestrated by a prejudiced HOA that the landlord conveniently failed to disclose. If you're not part of their exclusive circles & buddy buddy groups, be prepared for backstabbing, threats, and unwarranted violations.
