Great company
The owner treated me in an arrogant and disrespectful way when I tried to make use of the so called “lifetime warranty” they advertise. The floor started having issues, and instead of offering a solution, they told me I had to pay $600 just for an inspection. Completely unacceptable. My appointment for an estimate was last week. My consultant, JP, was completely unprepared for my appointment. His iPad was not charged or working, so he drew out the garage build I am looking for. No issues with that, however he was all over the place. He said he would get me a proper rendering and a quote, but I am here a week later with nothing from Garage Experts. I sent in a message last week asking for an update but still have not heard anything. Guess they don't want my business!
The team did a fantastic job on my garage and it’s so beautiful now.
I hired Garage Experts to do my garage about 2 years ago and was very pleased with the result.They came in, did the work in few hours and left the area clean. The quality of work was very high and the price was reasonable.Every time I go to the garage I think Im so glad I had it done.
