The sale representative was awesome. I call the morning of the install because I wanted to change the color of the epoxy. The installers arrived with two different colors to choose from as promised and made sure I was completely happy with the install and finished product.
Great company
The owner treated me in an arrogant and disrespectful way when I tried to make use of the so called “lifetime warranty” they advertise. The floor started having issues, and instead of offering a solution, they told me I had to pay $600 just for an inspection. Completely unacceptable. My appointment for an estimate was last week. My consultant, JP, was completely unprepared for my appointment. His iPad was not charged or working, so he drew out the garage build I am looking for. No issues with that, however he was all over the place. He said he would get me a proper rendering and a quote, but I am here a week later with nothing from Garage Experts. I sent in a message last week asking for an update but still have not heard anything. Guess they don't want my business!
The team did a fantastic job on my garage and it’s so beautiful now.
