Excellent service and communication, fair bid.
Finally done properly after a 2nd try, sales rep was interested in getting the sale but not delivering a solid product. Had to fight to get flaws fixed. Can’t recommend unless you’re prepared to fight to get the job done well.
Rick made the entire experience absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was patient, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He consistently underpromised and overdelivered, which feels rare these days. Every detail was handled with care, communication was clear, and the final result was exactly what I had been envisioning. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. Could not recommend him and Garage Experts more highly.
