Garage Experts installed epoxy coating on my shop floor. They arrived as scheduled and completed the install. They very professional and left the area clean. They told me what they were going to do and did what they told me. I like this company and you will too.
I have ongoing issues with my garage floors and have had virtually no support from Garage Experts Corporate offices after their original franchisee in my area went out of business. My floors started "yellowing" only a few months after the original installation and all they did was drop off 4 large and heavy boxes of materials on my porch and have offered no assistance connecting me with one of their other franchisees or subcontractors to assist with having these issues corrected. Garage Experts just finished my garage floor on Saturday and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Process from start to finish was fast and stress free. Everything went as advertised, Rich and his team were punctual, professional and did a beautiful job.
I contacted the Garage Support email address to file a warranty claim on 17 April. A rep responded and requested additional photos and I provided them; however, I have attempted to followup on numerous occassions with no response, left voicemail etc. Bottomline, DO NOT do business with the company. DO NOT! I feel like I have been ripped off. Big talk about a warranty; however, when you attempt to file a warranty claim. Service sucks.
