Garage Experts just finished my garage floor on Saturday and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Process from start to finish was fast and stress free. Everything went as advertised, Rich and his team were punctual, professional and did a beautiful job.
I contacted the Garage Support email address to file a warranty claim on 17 April. A rep responded and requested additional photos and I provided them; however, I have attempted to followup on numerous occassions with no response, left voicemail etc. Bottomline, DO NOT do business with the company. DO NOT! I feel like I have been ripped off. Big talk about a warranty; however, when you attempt to file a warranty claim. Service sucks.
