Victor with Garage Tec was great and very respectful. He was able to come out quickly, explain the issues he saw, give us options and then get our garage door issues fixed within a few hours. Pricing was fair and transparent and he didn’t try to upsell us. Experience was great from the start even Ashley at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Everything is working well now - highly recommend!!!
Called this morning with a broken garage door spring. They were out by 12:15 and fixed within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again.
Wow. Dude shows up late and immediately wants to charge us $550 without explaining what he was going to do. Just that it was “complex”. When I said no he just wanted his service fee for $80 and 5 minutes. I never just throw people out. This company is not good. Avoid.
Kevin came out and was very courteous and professional. Explained everything very well and was very informative. Daniel was one time and also very professional and helpful with installation and helping me set up our new opener. If we ever need another garage door opener, they will be our first call.
These guys are amazing, incredibly fast and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!
