I gave this company four chances and they failed every single time. Four scheduled appointments, zero show-ups. Each time, technician Daris claimed he was reassigned to more "urgent" jobs — apparently my repairs never qualified. When I finally called dispatch to request a new technician, Daris somehow called to say he could arrive within the hour. I declined since I had already been rescheduled with someone new.
