The cable connecting the solar panel to the battery broke. We called Garage Tec and Ian was able to connect it back. Thanks.
Alex is the man. He showed up promptly and walked me through the steps on what was causing my gate to malfunction. He also made recommendations on how to prevent it going forward and also applied some grease to the actuator arm for preventive maintenance free of charge. Quick and easy fix and just charged me for visit fee. Highly recommend Garage Tec and Alex.
