Called Garage Tec on the evening of 18 Sept after trying to get help from several larger named contractors. All of whom informed me I wasn't in their service area and did nothing to remedy my broken torsion spring. Not only was the person on the phone helpful, they attempted to have a technician come out that same evening by 10pm. My tech, Luis called that same evening to inform me that the job he was on was running long and we set a new time for 9am on the 19th for the service call.
