I had an appointment for a 6:00 PM pickup. I checked in at 4:00 PM so I wouldn’t be late for my next pickup at 7:00 PM. I even informed them that I had another pickup close to this location. There were no other trucks waiting — the place was completely empty — yet they didn’t start loading me until 6:20 PM. I told them that I came early so they could load me ahead of time, and if they couldn’t load me before my appointment, at least start the process quickly. Nobody cared, and the place was very slow.
I trusted the owner of Garage Solutions (Mike Rustad), but he took advantage of me in the worst way. He lured me away from an amazing job with grand promises, only to stop paying me entirely. l've worked for Garage Solutions for nearly 6 years as he lies time and again about when I'd see my money and overstated his role in the business. Garage Solutions did an excellent job with my garage cabinets and slatwall. The consultation was very informative, and the installation process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Garage Solutions to anyone who is looking to upgrade the storage and look of their garage.
The installation did not go as planned. There were several recalls to get it right but Bryan stayed on the project until it was completed correctly. I give them very high marks for ethics and credibility. I think the storage racks are going to be awesome.
Great team with a great product. From sales through the install it was a pleasure. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect!
