Had issue with my garage door needing adjustment and called this company. My fault I never asked and assumed that the 80 dollar fee was for service. The worker tightened the spring and attempted to sell me bigger springs but never finished leveling the door. The bill was 169 for nothing finished. Please ask before you commit to these scam repairs!
Casey did a fantastic job today with a new install of our direct drive Liftmaster, what a great unit! Between Jimmy and Richard and Casey, you all took excellent care of us and we are appreciative! And thank you to Caden who was helpful with all the estimates and customer service, what a great team!
They promised a full inspection, but the technician only checked one side of the door. It felt rushed and incomplete.
We called Garage Services Today (this morning) because our garage door suddenly didn’t work. They came out very quickly and fixed everything. The service call price was very reasonable, unlike some of the other companies. It’s running so well now! We will use them again for sure!!
