Amazing what a floor coating can do for a 20+yr old surface! As for the company everyone I dealt with was great and it seemed the installers we're well trained and did an awesome job. It's not cheap, but there's no way I'd diy this and get near the results! 20yr warranty is also fantastic to know they stand behind their product even in the harsh Co winters. The only negative I can say and it had nothing to do with the company is the VOCs from the sealers are crazy strong and will work there way into you house. I'd plan a get... read more

I see that some people gave Garage Magic a 4 star rating and it baffles me!! The BBB site shows a different story. Garage Magic began installation of their epoxy coating on 08/04/22 and it's been nothing but headaches and heartaches since. They installed the coating in 5 areas of our home; two inside and 3 semi-outside and NONE of the areas were installed correctly, plus damage to our property. Keith and Luis did a great job! Garage Magic stood behind their work as more than 1/2 our project was warranty work. Keith's attention to detail and has a great eye for which colors work best. You want to hire Keith and Luis!!
Great customer service and communication. Marcus is great to work with and did a perfect job. I have a 3-stall garage and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
