Installer came 1 week ahead of time and stated the overhead storage racks could go where we wanted. During install, only 2/5 racks were installed as expected and these changes were done without our input. One rack was subsequently moved over leaving holes in our freshly painted ceiling Beautiful product but the install process was sketchy/lacking consideration. We had our floor done about 2 years ago and i noticed a small crack was developing. I got a hold of Ryan and told him of the situation. He said he would send over Matt to have a look at it. When Matt arrived he assessed the situation and began the repair. By time Matt finished you could not see where the old crack was. I can't say enough good things about this company.
