I have had the pleasure of working with both Kyler and Nathan on a garage door opener that was under powered at worst and temperamental at best due to the door being oversized. Kyler has patiently come out on numerous occasions and fixed the problem in a timely fashion and explained that there are better options. One of my garage door's spring broke and Garage Harmony was assigned to repair by my home warranty company. They were fast (from submitting my claim to getting it repaired was 3 days and that included the weekend), helpful, and Nathan the tech completed the work in less than 45min. Highly recommend!!
