Just had a great service visit from Kyler at Garage Harmony LLC dba Patrick's Garage Door Company and had to share a quick thank-you! Apparently it had been 7 years since my garage door had any maintenance (oops 😅), which explains why it had started squeaking like a haunted house prop. Kyler found a few loose parts, tightened everything up, oiled all the moving pieces, replaced the rubber seal so the garage keeps heat better, and even swapped out the batteries in the remotes.
