Im writing this review because people out there need to know that there still are honest people that have a business and will go the extra mile to earn your business, instead of feeding you bogus info and try to rip you off. Garage Guru, Joseph is one of those honest persons and I will highly recommend his company to all my family & friends.
Garage Guru was extremely professional and timely. The technician, ******, arrived ready to tackle our malfunctioning garage door components. Their fees were reasonable; he didn't attempt to sell me a "part", but took time to troubleshoot, found the cause, and repair the issue. Mission complete. I highly recommend this company.

These days to find a company that does exactly what you ask for and what they say they will do is getting hard. That is not the case with Garage Guru. They made the process simple and fast. I asked them to program my garage remotes, they found the problem and did exactly that very quickly and at a far price. I will be using them for all my garage door issues.

Joseph with Garage Guru was professional, efficient, and kind. Our garage door was fixed within 15 minutes of contacting him. Great customer service that I doubt could be found with anyone else.
We called them on recommendation from a friend when we had an accident with our garage door.. they were here within 20 min and had it fixed in 30 min.. very professional.. they will be our first call if ever need it and will tell our neighbors to call them!!

I called Garage Guru needing a remote for my garage door that works they sent a man and he said that the remotes are no longer available and i would need to update and buy a new garage door system. $$$ really I did my research and found on Amazon for $25 a remote for Maretec 4500 and programed it my self on you tube in 10min. I know they are a small company and have there sob story but i have mine too. You are correct , we did inform you we do not carry and can not get remotes for that opener system. You found it on Amazon, which is basically a over stock item. We did not charge you to go out and inspect your system, nor did I charge you for the 20 minutes I tried to program our universal remotes to your system. That is fact.
