Our garage door was going up and down randomly. I tried to make the adjustments myself with no success. I saw the good reviews that Garage Gadgetry had, so I gave them a shot. They are knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They made some adjustments on the door, and said we should see how it works. Two year old opener was not closing without trying over and over. Before coming out they tried helping me over the phone. None of those solutions worked so I scheduled a same day appointment. The tech found I just had a loose wire between the motor and sensor. He reattached the wire properly, oiled the springs and bearings, gave me a couple of other wiring tips, and even checked out and oiled my 2nd garage door....NO CHARGE! Thanks very much!
I called around several garage companies in town and these guys had the best pricing by far! I was looking to replace my garage door opener with a belt driven one. These guys beat everyone in towns price and they threw in a keyless entry for me! that was going to be an extra $70 anywhere else. Great service and great prices! I definitely recommend!
The spring on my garage door broke this weekend and after getting answering machines at other companies i called garage gadgetry and was immediately helped. To my amazement they were able to come out (on a sunday no less) within an hour of my call. Another hour passed and my door was fixed and operational! I was sure i would have to take a day off work to get this fixed. thanks a lot guys!
