Great service getting springs replaced. Very reasonable pricing. Took a couple tries to get ahold of by phone. Tom was very helpful and gave useful advice on other aspects of the garage door (e.g. door seals, expected lifetime of other parts). He must have adjusted other things too (belt tension, stopping points?) because it operates quieter and more smoothly than before the spring replacement. Will use in the future.
They were fast and friendly, fixed my issue. Thank you so much for keeping my day on schedule! Update: John to the rescue, again... he got my springs replaced in an amazingly short time!
