Garage Europa has completely earned my trust. Jayson runs the shop with professionalism, honesty and commitment to quality. They’re incredibly accommodating and far better priced than overpriced dealerships. Jayson clearly explains what needs to be done and never upsells unnecessary work. You know your car is in good hands. Special shoutout to Alex for his outstanding communication, knowledge and professionalism — he makes everything easy and stress-free. Cannot recommend Garage Europa highly enough!
Sadly my experience with Alex was rather unhelpful. I asked if he could scan and determine the reason for the warning orange engine light on my Stelvio. After telling me it took quite a while to get in behind the dash to connect, (it takes about five seconds) l would have to make an appointment for a scan seventeen days later? So I am still in the dark. Perhaps Alex was having a bad day, after all it was a Friday.
These guys are great, Jason the owner was open and honest, Alex got my car in straight away, diagnosed the issue and I was ready to wait at least a week. They had an opening and got it done well before I was expecting. Definitely recommend Garage Europa for anything European. Looked after my pride and joy and got it back super fast. Thanks heaps!
