I’ve been bringing my car here for the past four years and have never had a single issue. The service has always been excellent, with everything explained clearly and honestly. They consistently go above and beyond, even providing a courtesy car whenever I’ve needed one, which makes the whole process stress free and convenient. The team is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this place for all your car servicing and maintenance needs.
After booking our Mercedes C class in for a simple service we were told that the car needed over $5000 of repairs. When we agreed to do all the repairs our Mercedes had to go back multiple times to fix there poor workmanship. The last call was when they played around with the automatic transmission and the car wasn’t able to be driven. Sadly my experience with Alex was rather unhelpful. I asked if he could scan and determine the reason for the warning orange engine light on my Stelvio. After telling me it took quite a while to get in behind the dash to connect, (it takes about five seconds) l would have to make an appointment for a scan seventeen days later? Garage Europa are so fantastic, super efficient and easy experience! Would recommend to everyone
Not happy at all. I was lied to and my issues were not fixed despite spending thousands. I had engine issues, faulty electric windows and faulty interior light. I was promised all would be fixed. The light still doesnt work, nor does the window, and my engine has just blown the turbo and Im out of money now as a pensioner. I 100% feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a small female and assumed to be stupid. Its really disappointing that people still treat women this way.
