Replaced garage door opener and sensor s. Very timely and professional. Done in about 2 hours. Responded in 1 day.
I called on Garage Doors Plus to remove a pre-existing and improper drywall installation (done by a different builder) and replace it with a high-quality installation. The crew quickly removed the existing material (drywall, insulation, plastic sheeting) and did a beautiful new install in just two days. overall experience was disappointing, as the service consistently fell short of expectations and failed to deliver the level of quality that was initially promised.
He will not gain the trust of clients if he does not maintain transparency and professionalism in every interaction.
I cannot believe that he did not apologize even after making such a serious mistake in front of everyone.
