From start to finish they were professional and flexible with our busy schedule. On the day of install, the technician Shane was very respectful and detailed in his work. He also kept his work space clean and offered advice on future maintenance to keep the new doors working as they should. Thank you Shane!
Would highly recommend! Called yesterday, Thomas, the owner, came right out, helped me with my broken garage door and explained all my options to me for purchasing a new one. Daven, the technician, was out the next day to install the new door. Great communication, beautiful product, very helpful, answered all my questions & trustworthy! We had an excellent experience with Garage Doors Plus to include the owner Thomas and all of his crew. Originally needed a spring replaced and Thomas promptly called us back and replaced the spring within a day. The door still wasn't closing right so Thomas came out to inspect it right away and found out our garage door opener wasn't the proper one for the door (and was old and faulty) and diagnosed a safety issue (the door wasn't stopping when something blocked it!).
