This owner is fantastic. He came out personally on a Saturday and helped me get my vehicle out of the garage. He gave me a ball park price with a caveat of needing to give me an official quote. The quote matched the ballpark price! The service was done timely and better than expected. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The price was truly reasonable.
We had a broken spring on our garage door. I emailed Samantha at 7:45pm on Monday night and she responded within 2 or 3 minutes. She said she would have someone reach out to me to schedule. Talked to Kari in the morning and she had us scheduled for a noon to 2:00 time window the same day. They came out within that timeframe and texted us when they were on the way. My husband was very impressed with the work as well!! Highly recommend
Thanks Tom for your fast response time and patience as you answered all my questions. Your crew did a wonderful job of removing my 5 garage doors on my garage and my workshop. Your crew of guys were very kind, professional and took pride in their work. They answered my questions and demonstrated preventative maintenance and lubrication points on the doors. The old doors were hauled away and the job site was clean when the crew finished the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use GDP again.

From start to finish they were professional and flexible with our busy schedule. On the day of install, the technician Shane was very respectful and detailed in his work. He also kept his work space clean and offered advice on future maintenance to keep the new doors working as they should. Thank you Shane!
