Truly disappointed in this company now. I called Adrian to fix a broken chain on an opener he installed 4 1/2 years ago. Instead of coming out himself, he dispatched a subcontractor (Dragon) who told me he had never installed a broken chain. Dragon said he'd be back the next day with a new chain. Had to call him several times. He came out on the 5th day and charged me $400.00 to install a part I can find on Amazon for $45.00.
