Never purchase from this buisnesses. All's you get is sorry and a wait time for your ordered parts. That you paid for at time of order! That wait time is ling enough to make your own parts. Not one person cared enough to call. When ordered I spoke with employee Gary, Gary I formed me I would have my parts in a few days. That was on the 15th of last month. "Same Day Shipping" according to their website. Got my order confirmation email within minutes and they took payment, and then I just waited and waited. 9 days before I got an actual shipment confirmation. Rep indicated it had been on backorder and refund was quick. Just would have been nice to know since I could have spent another $10 and gotten one locally. I'm sure they're a fine company but better communication would have helped since garage doors are somewhat important to day-to-day operations.
I usually order just about everything from Amazon but figured if a place is in business they must have to compete with Amazon's fulfillment times. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a simple clip to shorten the belt on my garage door opener, total cost, about $10. After a week without word on shipment I emailed the vendor, once, twice, three times.
