We had a broken spring. Emmett with Garage Door Specialists did a great job replacing the springs and servicing our garage door! He showed up quickly when he said he would. I would recommend them for garage door service and repair.
The sensors were getting misaligned depending on the weather & humidity (wood door, installed long ago by another company that closed.) That prevented using the remote to close. Beautiful door but needed the sensors remounted. Happy to find out GDS had bought that company. Service was promptly scheduled. Emmett called before arriving on time, was personable, efficient, remounted the sensors and performed overdue routine maintenance. So happy to have a fully functional door again.
Outstanding experience with everyone at the organization. Installers Devin and Jason were professional, friendly, and thorough. Great job all around.
