They caused and left secondary damage to my home while fixing my garage door. Left it for me to fix. Grate job fixing my garage door tho. That's all that madders right? They did there job well. All there job was is fix my garage door. Any other problems they left me with is irrelevant....
1 star is too much but you have to click something to add a comment. We ordered garage doors in April and were told we would have them in July. Still no doors he cannot even show me where they have been ordered. He will not return our calls. Yes I paid him a large amount up front since it was a special order. When he did email us at one point he said he could not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
Ordered a door a yr ago they kept telling me just a few more weeks after 9 months I asked for my money back they said they were not doing refunds and not I can’t get in touch with them at all gonna have to sue for my money
I ordered doors and paid my deposit April 2021. Was told 8-10 weeks to get them in. December I was told he wasn't getting them in and would refund my money in a couple of weeks. March 14, 2022 still no money and no doors.
A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The best customer service - Penny went out of her way to keep in constant communication with me until the job was finished. Extremely fair prices and efficient work. We had custom wood garage doors made and needed installers who could do it all - build the tracks, install the openers, place the springs, etc. I called them with specifications and they were able to give me a quote within 48 hours and came to install about a week after. I couldn’t be more pleased.
