After a disastrous experience with another installer (who failed to complete the job of replacing old motor to our roller door and leaving a mess), we were able to find our invoice from Garage Door Solutions who originally installed the roller door, many years ago. Our first point of contact with Erin at HO was wonderful. Erin was efficient, knowledgeable and talked me through the costs. Richard and Darren have just left. Love our new very quiet sectional door with its latest safety and security features. Garage Doors Solutions were recommended to us and we can honestly say we didn't even bother with a second quote from another mob. Only thing I don't like is the bigger remote.
The team were fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, fair pricing and friendly service. Knowledgeable and able to problem solve quickly.
