Needed 3 garage door openers installed. I had called 6 different places and Jeff was the first to get back to me. Could tell over the phone that he was a great guy. Explained what I would need and gave me a quote. I listened to the other offers but not only were they much more expensive for the same openers Jeff quoted they took 2-3 days to get back to me if they got back to me at all. Outstanding, honest, fast, high-quality work. I chatted with him while he did his work -- it was reassuring to see an expert doing his trade and to do it very well. He cared about me as a customer and that, in the end, everything worked well. He was prompt and able to get me in quickly (others were a week or more out). I WILL absolutely call him again (and first) should I have problems with any of my other garage doors. WOW! First of all, wow. I had been blown off by Sears 3 times and wondered to myself why didn't I go local?! So I called Jeff and couldn't be more thankful that I did. Jeff was able to make time for me in his busy schedule and in a time that fit into my busy schedule. He was down to earth, professional and explained everything he did and why he did it.
