I called Pat about a cable that came loose from the spindle wheel. He offered to come that afternoon but it was already late for me. He arrived promptly for the appointment the following morning. He easily repaired the loose cable but also took time to troubleshoot the cause so that it won’t happen again. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in. Price was very reasonable and I definitely will reach out to him again.
Pasquale took the time to look up my house information to verify garage door size before he came over and was therefore prepared to bring an extension "just in case he needed it", which he did! Very professional, took his time to get it exactly right and did a beautiful job. Extremely happy and definately recommend.
