Great service! He was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was able to fix the door and make the necessary adjustments. Very professional, thorough, and polite! This was my second time using Garage Door Service Pro and I’m just as happy with the service as I was the first time.
Pasquale from Garage Door Service Pro was AMAZING! I thought we were doomed when our garage door “broke”. He was very quick to respond to my phone call, was able to give us a quote over the phone, and it was fixed in a jiffy. The price to fix the problem was very honest & fair…and actually cost a lot less than I thought it would. I would highly recommend using Pasquale for your garage door needs. (Before photo; broken and off the tracks. After photo; perfect - fixed within a day).
Prompt service. Called Pasquale (Pat) at 8am, told me he'd be at my house at 1pm. He arrived right on time. Replaced garage door spring, rewound the cables and adjusted the tracks. Professional and experienced. He even had enough patience to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend and will call again should I need help with my garage door again. Amazing service.. my assist springs broke on my garage door.. Pasquale answered the phone , was very polite and professional. He was able to provide next day service. Very efficient at his craft and very fair pricing. So good in fact that he is coming back to to replace my old original garage door opener. I highly recommend his business!
