I desperately needed someone to fix the power motor repair board of my garage door. My father, who had previously used this garage door company, recommended that I call them. Tech was prompt and very accessible. He answers the phone and calls you back. He is knowledgeable and knows his business well. Also, because he is a small operator, his prices are competitive. The work that they did for me was great, a very nice job. I would definitely recommend them.
Outstanding service. 2 years after he did the install, Manny still is incredibly helpful about maintaining / fine-tuning the door he installed for me. Excellent work, excellent service.
Johnny from this company came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. The details: I turned to the internet as always when trouble strikes. The garage door was not working. After a few minutes I saw a broken spring over the door. Checking on the internet for garage door repairs David's company, this garage door company, was a clear winner. I checked their web site and saw a picture that confirmed the problem. My garage door wasn t closing and they came out and replace a wire for me that was totally unrelated to a previous issue we were having nonetheless every time I call they give me Great prices, great service, they are very responsive. Couldn t ask for more
Our Genie garage door opener finally burned out. Eli installed a new Genie but ran into problems with local interference affecting the remote s operation. He tried several different receivers until he got one to work. He worked several hours beyond the normal tome to get the job done. He was determined to solve the problem before the weekend. I highly recommend this garage door company!
