Was worried at first because of google reviews but the guy did an excellent job. Price was cheaper than the other companies I reached out to. My garage door replacement came with insulation and all the works and his price still saved me money.

Castillo Garage Door company is awesome! I made my appointment on a Friday and had my garage door installed the next day. The installer was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Called Mr. Castillo still on what I needed for my garage, and was given a time to meet. He was very prompt and on time with his service. Since we are brand new to the Fairburn area, I appreciate the warranty and other upgrades for my garage purchase. Great job again and I did get my receipt!!

Horrible Customer Service!!! You need to send me my receipt that I paid you. Stop ignoring my calls . You started off with a great customer service just to get the business but it's a shame that after that you will not answer texts or calls. I Paid you $1000 for my work (that you did great) and now Mr. Castillo doesn't complied with my calls and doesn't want to provide me with a Receipt. He keeps saying I will, it's coming soon, I already sent it..... lies!!!!

Prompt, professional services. Very knowledgeable and resourceful which is beneficial as I remodel older homes, they always have a solution. By far the best I've dealt with rather it's new install or maintenance.
