They are awesome. I had one of the door springs failed about a month ago. The repair expert with Garage Door Repair Elite Campbell was on site within 90 minutes of my phone call to put on a band aid till the replacement spring parts are in. The call is free. This final repair was completed today. Technicians took more time and attention to make sure that the door was operating flawlessly. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended!
I don't usually write reviews, but I do want to say a big thank you for Garage Door Repair Elite Campbell and the repair technician Lee. They arrived the very same day I called after other businesses had claimed it wouldn't be until the next day. Great customer service. We called them in the morning regarding the broken spring in our garage door. They arrived in the afternoon to install the spring. The two service technicians were courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
