After placing an order for 2 garage doors it has been utterly impossible to reach their office. The salesman/owner Rick left no card or direct contact information. We've had our order rescheduled once for additional hardware but there was no follow-up call or appointment confirmation call. WE have just had horrible experiences with Sears and Rick Carlock's team. Firstly its an adventure to get them to respond to you when you try to contact them. They make appointments with you and would no show and don,t have the decency to call and let you know that they are not coming, You call the office and they tell you Jasmine the supervisor will call you back, well good luck on that one. I wish I could give 10's across the board. Great technician and service. I bought a new garage door opener and it works great!! Ronnie is a great technician very knowledgeable.

Fabio was a great tech. Arrived on time. Fully informed me of all my choices. Worked with imperfect doors and made them more stable and working better. Explained all the technology and the contractual issues involved. Great working with the organization.
