outstanding Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli. And, thanks Ronnie for following up.

My garage door would not shut all the way down and I called this company garage door services (I bought my new garage door opener from them about a year ago). They had a service technician out in less than 10 minutes who immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

This guy is as good as it gets - actually he's better than it gets! Not only does Matthew response to calls/emails promptly, but he knows more about garage doors than anyone in town. Matthew is the kind of guy who wants to see his customers happy, and, of course, their garage doors working. He has come to my house several times and doesn't relax until everything is perfect.

Logan is Awesome! Great work, courteous and on time. I just needed to have a spring replaced on my door. I had actually had one replaced on the other door by another company but they overcharged me. I called Logan mid morning and told him what I needed and he asked when someone would be home. I told him in the afternoon. He said he would be there. I got a call when he was 30 minutes out and he showed up, looked at the door, quoted me a very reasonable price and got to work. He finished in about an hour. He even looked at my ... read more

Peter is very friendly and helpful. Fast response when I submitted my request online from the website. He called when he was on the way too. Before Peter, my garage door was noisy and wouldn't always open all the way on the first try. He performed a tune up on my garage door and even gave me some maintenance tips. My garage door opens quietly now and opens on the first try. Highly recommend. Will contact him again if I have any other issues with my garage door.

We placed a call to simply inquire about repairing our garage door and they had somebody out to us within an hour without even scheduling an appointment. Shawn is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed several garage door issues such as cheap door hinge screws (replacing them with better ones) which caused the doors to close improperly. He deepened bolt holes which greatly improved.
