They came out the same day for a broken spring. It seemed expensive to me. It was for a rental property. - I don't know if I needed the other things done. $675 - Install set of springs - Install center bearing - Install #2 hinge - Install #2 hinge - Resecure bottom weather seal to door - Resecure bottom weather seal to door - Lube springs, hinges, rollers, tracks, and opener rail.
Vitaly was fantastic! He arrived earlier, understood the problem right away, and had my garage door working perfectly in no time. Very professional, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend him!

The quality of the services offered was satisfactory, However, I did find the prices to be quite high 891$ for replacing 2 springs and nylon bearings with life time warranty.- approx 1 hr service with 1 technician. Same parts from homedepo cost ~ 200$. Assume 150$ for 1 hr Labor. 25$ charge for trip/inspection. I believe that the cost was a bit excessive for what was provided, basically you are paying the price for the lifetime warranty.
