They fixed the door, but I would not recommend this company. The technician was on time and knowledgeable, and he explained what he was going to do to correct our issue. Once the price was determined for that service, he got to work. He performed the job exactly as stated, and the door was fixed. Unfortunately, he asked for a payment afterward that was almost $150 more than the quote he gave us just 15 minutes prior. I called on a Saturday evening for a garage door that was not working properly. The scheduler told me the tech would be out the next day (Sunday) between 8am and 10am. The scheduler also advised me that there was no change for a weekend service as they give free estimates. The tech showed up within the given time frame, and was able to resolve my garage door problem quickly. I asked the tech if he was able to install a coded door opener while he was on site. Awesome service. Very straight forward and professional. When I had my garage doors installed three years ago, nobody told me that they needed regular maintenance (i.e. lubricating up the wheels, coils, and belt). I was happy to have Charlie come out, check everything out, and get my garage door nicely tuned up!
I called them on Sunday morning, and they were out within an hour to fix my garage door and they did a great job.
