Awesome service. Very straight forward and professional. When I had my garage doors installed three years ago, nobody told me that they needed regular maintenance (i.e. lubricating up the wheels, coils, and belt). I was happy to have Charlie come out, check everything out, and get my garage door nicely tuned up!
I called them on Sunday morning, and they were out within an hour to fix my garage door and they did a great job.
Highly recommend. They were professional, communicative, quick and their pricing was fair. My garage door somehow came off the rails. I was referred by a friend so I called them. The dispatcher sent someone the very next morning who communicated and came on time and resolved the issue.
They came out the same day for a broken spring. It seemed expensive to me. It was for a rental property. - I don't know if I needed the other things done. $675 - Install set of springs - Install center bearing - Install #2 hinge - Install #2 hinge - Resecure bottom weather seal to door - Resecure bottom weather seal to door - Lube springs, hinges, rollers, tracks, and opener rail.
