Had a great experience working with Ricky from Garage Door Pro. I had three vendors provide me an assessment with a quote and Ricky’s was the most comprehensive. Highly recommend Garage Door Professionals. We replaced both our door and opener. Adam was informative in his recommendations, prompt in getting someone out to measure and he followed up after install to make sure we were happy with the work. All of the people we dealt with were professional and courteous. They offer great service and products at a competitive price.
When my garage door spring needed a replacement Ricky responded within several minutes to schedule an estimate. The very next day he stopped by to take a look. Ricky explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate. He completed the replacement in very short time. I am super satisfied with the work and highly recommend their service. I will give them my business again.
I called another service who wanted $200 for a faster service, Adam from garage door pro on the other hand was apologetic he couldn't get me in the same day. Ricky was sent out the next day and freed my car from its captivity. He suggested repairs which were clearly needed and quoted a very reasonable price. I have nothing but good words for the service I received and the personable and professional way in which it was performed. Next time I need any repairs I will absolutely call them again.
