We had a broken coil spring on a Sunday and I was able to set up an appointment right away for repair. They gave us a two hour time window for service and the repair tech Leo was on time and was able to repair everything in under an hour. Awesome service, especially for short service on a weekend. There were no weekend rates that applied to increase the rate either. Would highly recommend.
Highly recommend Garage Door Professionals. We replaced both our door and opener. Adam was informative in his recommendations, prompt in getting someone out to measure and he followed up after install to make sure we were happy with the work. All of the people we dealt with were professional and courteous. They offer great service and products at a competitive price.
Very dependable and easy to work with. Scheduling was simple, they showed up on time, and fixed my garage door without any issues. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was straightforward. It’s hard to find reliable service like this these days, highly recommend.
First time calling them. We manage several properties in the Milwaukee area. They sent a technician right away to take a look at the garage door, initially they indicated the garage door needed to be replaced. However, someone else called and said they would check on the door again and see if there was an option for it to be repaired.
