Rick was great! Very prompt, Personable and Knowledgeable, and most importantly, we feel he is honest! He made it easy for us! Our Garage door opener was from the 90’s…it died this morning. So we called Garage DoorMedics and Rick , our “ Rescue Ranger”, was here in about 30 minutes. We discussed various options and went with Rick’s Recommendations. I would award Rick a Rescue Ranger hat, but I am all out…Thanks Rick and GDM! You Rock!
Great Company , Showed up on time , very detailed , he did an inspection of my other 3 Garage doors , did not pressure me with buying just informed me of different doors and options available. i felt assured as he left , i would place my order for 3 single doors with openers.
