I was misdiagnosed and got sold something that wasn’t needed, however we went ahead trusting that our installer had knowledge and did a horrible ugly installation and after he touch the door more things broke the next day . They didn’t sent anyone because apparently they don’t work on weekends. The manager called me and apologized and said that she was going to text me so that I can send her pictures of the installation and she will follow up and she never did. I have nothing but praise for this company! They take customer service to the next level. They’re an honest company with integrity that truly stands behind the work they perform and keep the promises they make. Their technicians are journeymen in their trade and honorable people in general…especially Pedro C. They installed the garage door of our dreams (or so we thought) in April of 2022. Very happy with Garage Door Medics - they responded quickly, arrived as scheduled and went straight to work. My tech David was quite nice, and a very hard worker. He addressed my issue quickly and did an assessment of the garage door to ensure everything was working well or better than he found it. His tweaks definitely helped - the door operates significantly quieter. He even assisted me with adding an app to my phone and programming it to allow me to open or close the door remotely if needed.
