Garage Headquarters is a fantastic company!! First, they answered the phone unlike 4 other companies I tried calling that were more local. Donna was so pleasant & helpful. She arranged to have a technician come out the very next day. Ted C was the Service Tech. and I cannot say enough good things about him & how he represents them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. It took over 2 weeks to book an appointment since they don't answer the phone. When the day of my appointment arrived both the technician and the customer service woman were incredibly rude. Stay away!!
The first place I call to service my garage door! They are quick and their prices are extremely reasonable. Their service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
SAME DAY SERVICE in December and during Covid! Super nice, professional and fast! Fixed my garage door issue quickly and I WISH I could have tipped Ted! SO a review is the least I can do!!
Very happy with my new garage door. The two men who did the installation were prompt, neat and courteous. After the installation they reviewed the door’s features and the recommended maintenance. The company is very professional. I would highly recommend.
