Someone came out to look at my door. He told me he would have an estimate to me in three days or so. Being an estimator myself, I gave him a week before I followed up. I even followed up a couple of times after that and got no response. I understand being busy and things getting lost in the weeds. I also understand having to fire a customer for whatever reason you want. However, have the professionalism to reach out and at least say, "We are not taking this project for XYZ reason."
