I called this company to see if someone could come out and fix our garage door on the same day within a 2 hour period. I was told that a tech would call. I waited 30 minutes and then called them back and was told that someone was on his way but was given no information. So then my husband called to get more details about what the service fee would be, etc. We were told it would be a free estimate. The installer Rich was great! The sales guys Chris, ordered the wrong door. It is a single color, not a two toned, then he got very argumentative on the phone stating that I never told him I wanted two-tone and the picture I showed him was for design only, well, yes, design includes COLOR! Then he stated, I passed on two-toned because it was too expensive for the two-tone also and that I wouldn't pay that, though the only price I got was for what I told him I wanted. These guys came to our house to put tension back on the door. They then proceeded to tell my wife that we needed a new motor because the "circuit board was bad". The door would only open 1/2 way. When I called to explain this to them so they didn't look like fools in the future, I received an angry call back asking who was stating they tried to rip them off.
