I called to have emergency repairs done to my garage door. I was able to make an appointment the next day. The technician was on time and extremely responsive and understanding of what we needed done. He fixed the door and noticed some maintenance issues that he addressed. Garage Door Guru Ryan came out today and serviced both our 20 year old garage doors. He quickly diagnosed all their issues, fixed everything on the spot, and both are running and sounding brand new. He weighed our larger garage door and replaced the unit with an appropriately sized spring. All the tracks are lubricated properly, we now have two new remotes, and he gave us a military discount to boot! Very pleased with the professionalism and service!
