I totally understand how you "Geeks" get all your great reviews!!! 5 star all the way from the initial call into Eric who guided me re: what needed to be done and estimated how much it could cost given different scenarios, to Yuri who was super in his job, very accommodating with explaining what he was doing, making observations on the shape of my garage door unit and making suggestions for maintenance. I recently had Garage Door Geeks fix my garage door. The service was exceptional. Not only did the repair man fix the bent track, but he went the extra mile - he made sure that all the rubber seals fit tightly against the door and then reminded me that I should be greasing the wheels and tracks annually and showed me where I should be putting the grease and oil.
I just wanted to leave an updated review about the fantastic service Garage Door Geeks provides. I had a laneway door installed two years ago and it's been working great ever since. But this recent winter snowstorm we had was the biggest test so far. For some reason the door wasn't shutting properly, but with one phone call they were able to fix it immediately!
