Garage Door Fixer came out and assessed our situation, gave us a few options and told us the price point up front. We agreed and set-up a time for them to come out and do the work. They were phenomenal! We had 5 previous quotes from other companies! They were the less expensive and so honest! They were fast and the owner was kind and full of personality! They will always get my business!
This garage door Company did an A+++ job, I highly recommend them, all the other garage door companies wanted to overcharge me, they not only did they not overcharge they arrived the very next day had me up and going, He also added a lock which the other company didnt do after i ask , they will be my go to Company from now on.
Joseph and another gentleman came out and fixed my garage door spring in about 30 minutes- an hour. He called beforehand to let me know he was on his way and would be about 15 minutes later than agreed upon. I appreciated the notice. He also replaced a screw to the garage door button console that had been missing. Very grateful for his thoroughness and forethought. Thank you! Will call again if ever needed!
