I highly recommend Garage Door Masters Palo Alto for any garage door issues! They replaced our door opener a few years ago and did an amazing job, so we called them after we decided to replace the door. Fast, great service! Excellent people to work with, from arranging the appointment until install.
When I contacted them, they arrived at my home within an hour and temporarily repaired my broken spring so that I could open the garage door and replaced the broken spring the next day! I highly recommend them to you for all your garage door repair requirements! Hopefully I don't require them again anytime soon, however if I do, I'll definitely call them!
Scotty was a great help in repairing the damage to my garage door. He contacted me to inform me it was coming, and I informed him that I was in the middle of a meeting. When he arrived at my home the door was repaired immediately. the door without causing any disturbance to me. The repair work is well-done and will last for quite a while.
I had to replace three of my one-way garage doors. I was fortunate enough to have Garage Door Masters Palo Alto out on the same day. They fitted belt drives LiftMaster door openers, as well as new push button openers at the kitchen door and an electronic remote that can open all of the three doors. I was able to get a quick response. My garage door torsion spring was broken. I called them and received a response within an hour and the inspection date fixed for that same day. The next morning, Roman arrived, extremely courteous and friendly. He was able to not only fix the issue in a quick time, but also took the time to explain my other concerns and also showed me the method to maintain it.
